Can I use BUTTRs and SCRUBs on my face?

Our BUTTRS and SCRUBS are made from natural ingredients, however we don't advise use on the face due to the scents that are in them. Some people may be overly sensitive to such.  If you have any special requests feel free to email hi@skinbuttr.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

 

How long does skinBUTTR last?

Being that our BUTTRS and SCRUBS do not have preservatives and are made from natural ingredients they can be perishable.  Our BUTTRs do not expire but may lose scent over time if not stored properly.  Our SCRUBS have a minimum shelf life of 2-3 months, if your scrub begins to smell funny or you feel like it has expired shoot us an email and we will replace it for you. Keep in mind that our scrubs do separate which is completely normal.

You can aid in preserving your product by storing it in a cool dry place. 

 

What is skinBUTTR's return policy?


We offer store credit or an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval a credit note or new item will be sent within 5-7 days.

 

Returns & Exchanges: 
We accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt of item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging un disturbed with seal for health reasons.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi@skinbuttr.com

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returned to sender:

When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee (10%) and full shipping charges.
