We do our best to be as sustainable as we can, we use recycled materials in our shipping packaging and encourage customers to reuse our 8oz glass jars
Is skinBUTTR Vegan/Cruelty Free ?
Yes, we are vegan. None of our products contain any animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients. . Nor do we test on animals
When can I expect to receive my skinBUTTR package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We are working closely with USPS to ensure your skinBUTTR can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:
Current Processing Time | 5-7 Business Days + 2-3 Day Shipping via USPS
That means, if you order on a FRIDAY, your order may not ship until the Tuesday after next. We work as hard as we can to get orders out sooner. Please contact us only if your order has got beyond the stated processing time

Does skinBUTTR ship to Canada?
Where else does skinBUTTR ship, and how much?
We currently ship skinBUTTR worldwide via USPS -- shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight. Any additional tariffs or customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
I'm having problems with the tracking. Help?!
In a few cases tracking can take up to 48 hours to register with USPS and show movement. If it is beyond this point with no tracking updates feel free to shoot us an email at hi@skinBUTTR.com
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
How can I find out more information about a product?

Will my product melt/freeze/expire/etc.?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time it can melt or freeze. We suggest keeping your BUTTRS & Scrubs in a cool and sry place. If you believe the texture of your product has changed during shipment and it appears to be coagulated and un-smooth please send us an email at hi@skinBUTTR.com.
While skinBUTTR doesn't have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 1 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.
Can I use BUTTRs and SCRUBs on my face?
Our BUTTRS and SCRUBS are made from natural ingredients, however we don't advise use on the face due to the scents that are in them. Some people may be overly sensitive to such. If you have any special requests feel free to email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days (Monday - Friday) for us to process your order in addition to the shipping time as stated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges: We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons due to Covid-19.
Exchanges: We only exchange or replace items in the event that they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, order number, and photos(if possible).
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned to sender: When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee (10%) and full shipping charges deducted from refund.
